Welcome Home.
We connect, serve, and support both Clients and Therapists in Trauma-informed Counselling and Supervision, and a number of other consulting services, via a network of mental health professionals across BC and Canada.
With 20+ therapists specializing in a diverse range of approaches, we match clients to the best possible therapist for their needs.
Therapists not satisfied with the status quo and wanting a community devoted to supporting each other in the pursuit of excellence in trauma therapy are encouraged to apply for membership in the Collective.
Our approach
We Resolve Trauma from the body-up, helping you Transform Stuckness into Safety & Conflict into Clarity and Connection.
Our Diverse, yet close-knit network of therapist members support each other as a team. Each maintains their own independent practices while aligning on the same core values of Trauma-Informed, Attachment-based, and Relationally-centred care, and regularly receiving group and individual supervision for continuous quality improvement. We specialize in delivering, and providing specialized supervision and training in, trauma-informed, body-oriented, brain-based approaches (EMDR, IFS, Somatic, other alternatives to talk therapy) to help clients release and transform "stuck" trauma in the body and nervous system. We also choose therapists that are exceptional in their ability to collaborate with others and advocate for clients—who actively self-reflect and question oppressive systems and practices, and demonstrate continued work towards reconciliation.
Resolve has therapists, consultants, and supervisors who are BIPOC, LGBTQ2SIA+, Multi-Faith/Spiritual, Neurodiverse, and multi-lingual, including Punjabi, Hindi, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Tagalog. We also have a select number of therapists who specialize in seeing children (play therapy), and couples and families (EFT, Gottman).
