Our Team

Victoria Ho,
MNTCW, RCC

Hi! My name is Victoria. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). I graduated from Simon Fraser University with a B.Sc. and completed my Masters in Narrative Therapy and Community Work at University of Melbourne.

Esther Chu,
MA, RCC, CCC

When it comes to healing and/or pushing through challenges in life, it is normal to wish for someone to walk alongside you. My approach is guided by the understanding that we, as people, are a walking mosaic of our lived experiences as well as the experiences we did not receive.

If you are looking for a counsellor who will ask you the hard questions, be honest with you, teach you new skills and perspectives, as well as advocate for you - welcome home.

Vandana Kumra,
MA, RCC

Namaste! I'm Vandana, a registered clinical counsellor, fearlessly embracing uncomfortable conversations in my quest to support individuals on their unique journeys. In Sanskrit, my name signifies expressing devotion, and while its influence on my path remains uncertain, it undeniably resonates with my essence. I am deeply devoted to walking alongside individuals from diverse backgrounds, offering genuine presence and unwavering support wherever it is needed.

B Flood,
MA, N.D.

My passion for holistic health comes from my own healing journey that led to an exploration of many different perspectives on healing. Beginning with Western psychology and eventually branching out into Buddhism and the 8 limbs of Yoga, I have gained insight both through my own experiences and listening to the experiences of others. I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor and a certified meditation teacher. I queer and neurodivergent and I have experience living alternative lifestyles. I have been described as down-to-earth and silly, and I incorporate these aspects into my therapy. The values that lay the foundation for my practice are conscious awareness, authenticity, autonomy, and self-actualization. I consider meaning-making and living with intention to be the essence of general well-being and I recognize that it can take many unique forms. My goal is to help others through their own personal journey of healing and self-discovery.

Richard Tatomir,
MA, CCC

I have nearly a decade of post-Masters experience in government, health-care, and private practice treating children, youth, parents, couples & families with anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, conflict, and most other behavioural, emotional, and life issues, as well as several years as a Clinical Supervisor/University Faculty

Tania Bakas,
MA, RCC

My name is Tania (she/her). The road towards becoming a counsellor has been anything but linear; here’s my story, in brief, on how I arrived to be doing what I love. In the late 90’s my younger self wanted to be a therapist; however, life had other plans for me.

Francis Tombu,
Associate Counsellor

I’m Francis Tombu, a third year counselling psychology student (MA) at Simon Fraser University. I have extensive professional experience working with diverse communities and families through non-profit organizations.

My approach to therapy is, in part, based on the insights of attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and existential philosophy. I provide trauma-informed, strengths-based and inclusive care in order to facilitate a safe, comprehensive and compassionate exploration of clients’ experiences.

Justice Skinner,
MA, RCC

Hi, I’m Justice Skinner, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) offering sessions both remote and in Yaletown. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, solutions-oriented care that honours the dignity of my clients. I focus on helping individuals navigate life with depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics, and complex trauma. Therapy that is both collaborative and anti-oppressive is imperative to my practice and I became a therapist because I recognized the importance that early intervention can play in supporting one’s evolving mental health needs

Michelle Behr,
MA, RCC

Hello! I offer caring, compassionate, virtual services for individuals and relationships.
